A member of our forum community was wondering if anyone had ideas on soundproofing her van inexpensively.  Please give her a hand if you can.

About Maureen, Living in a Van

I'm a free-sleeper living in a van in the prettiest part of the world. I do this partly due to financial circumstances and partly because I love a good adventure.

Earplugs. That’ll “soundproof” most anything. Maybe a towel near the entry points.

I did sheet foam covered with carpet and it worked very well. Sometimes too well. If it was very cold outside I would sometimes be awakened by drops of water falling on my face. Condensation from my breathing in a small space all night. But as I said cold places with lots of snow, like Colorado. In Cali it would be great. Adds insulation too.

  3. Hi there! Someone in my Myspace group shared this site with us so I came to look it over.

I’m definitely enjoying the information. I’m book-marking and will be tweeting this to my followers!

Wonderful blog and superb design and style.
