Ryu:  One meal a day isn’t enough. Surely you can use a food bank, dumpster dive or something like that. It’s the loss of vital nutrients that’s the concern.

Maureen:  I want to dumpster dive but still haven’t had the guts to try it.  My favorite store that sells organic food has a lock on the gate to the dumpsters, I found out.  That’s kinda discouraging.

Ryu:  Sounds like you’ve done a tremendous amount of work on your book. Ten thousand pages is like 10 Atlas Shruggeds.

Maureen:  Just checked and I’m only at 8,500 words.  That is with 9 sessions so it’s a little less than 1000 words on average every time I write.  I’m getting to an area where I am doing more research so it may start taking longer to write.  It’s very interesting though.  The other thing is, I have to make some decisions about which way I want the story to go.  There’s a lot of options.

PS.  I’m writing about a woman who lives in her van and who has an opportunity to solve a mystery because of it.

About Maureen, Living in a Van

I'm a free-sleeper living in a van in the prettiest part of the world. I do this partly due to financial circumstances and partly because I love a good adventure.
