I noticed recently that I have a lot more energy than I used to. I was wracking my brains trying to figure out what has changed.
I have a job that provides me with not much money but a good bit of exercise. I’ve been at it, (this time) for about a year and a half. I think that perhaps I am beginning to experience better health because of consistently exercising. Keep in mind that this is not cardio work I’m talking about where my heartrate goes way up. I should also mention that I am still overweight. But I have been consistently moving for a period of a few hours almost everyday, as opposed to sitting at a desk all day. I do some sitting too but apparently, I’m doing enough exercise to have some benefit.
I always knew intellectually that exercise was good for me but I’m a believer, more than ever now after accidentally (sort of) getting more exercise and experiencing a positive change.
