Depression

Some people would rather complain about what they don’t like about their life rather than do something about it.

I don’t want to be like that.  It just makes you angry all the time.  And anger can turn into depression.  And depression can wreck your life.

About Maureen, Living in a Van

I'm a free-sleeper living in a van in the prettiest part of the world. I do this partly due to financial circumstances and partly because I love a good adventure.

This is America. Spectatorship is rife. It is more popular to complain than to take charge of the situation.

Yeah I am complaining! But moving forward to changing things slowly in my life. My van is almost set up and I’m almost ready to leave my sticks and bricks. I agree complaining does absolutely nothing unless you have a plan to do something about it.

Hi Amy-hopefully you aren’t a spammer. I have a lot of those. I learned a few years ago that action is the cure from depression. I’m sure prayer helps too, although unfortunately I too often use prayer as a last resort.
